I am Toyin Oladele, a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in the New Jersey area. I have been in the field of psychiatry for more than 18 years. I worked as a psychiatric nurse for 12 years and as a psychiatric nurse practitioner for over six years. I received my master’s degree from Mom University, New Jersey, and from Wilkes University, Pennsylvania.
I have been privileged to work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and the elderly with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, among others, in regaining their mental stability with the use of psychotropic medications in conjunction with psychotherapy.
I look forward to working together with you in forming and executing therapeutic plans that can help to alleviate the stress of mental illness and restore tranquility in a caring and conducive environment.
I am Iryna Rudzinskiy, MD, a board-certified psychiatrist in New Jersey with over 10 years of experience. I mostly work with adults and the geriatric population. My goal is not simply to reduce feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression but to help you thrive in your personal and professional endeavors. I have training in medication management and psychotherapy and specialize in treating patients dealing with depression, anxiety, seasonal affective disorders, PTSD, mood disorders, and difficulty in relationships. I believe that treating each individual is unique and requires a thoughtful and collaborative approach. I employ an integrative and holistic approach to treatment. I am fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian and understand Polish.
